Affordable homes for local people
14 new affordable homes are currently being built as part of a larger development at School Lane Hartwell.
The affordable homes will be for low cost rent or shared ownership and are designed for people who can’t afford to buy or rent on the open market. The homes will be subject to a set of local connection criteria, meaning priority will be given to people with a local connection to the parish of Hartwell.
However in the event that the homes cannot be filled by people with a local connection to the parish of Hartwell, South Northants Homes have a duty to offer the homes to qualifying people from our neighbouring parishes including [insert village].
