New home for consumer complaints and advice
On 2nd April 2012 the Citizens Advice consumer service will replace the Consumer Direct service. The good news for consumers is that the telephone number (see below) remains the same.
The Citizens Advice consumer service provides free, confidential and impartial advice on consumer issues and will refer cases to Trading Standards where further action may be appropriate.
